Caught Locally in the fishing grounds around Scotland. The Scallops are hand shucked by experienced staff to remove the gill, mantle & hepatopancreas, this leaves the abductor muscle and the gonad.
They are all packed by hand to ensure the best quality.
Scallops are rich in vitamin B12, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc and copper. They are also an excellent source of protein, phosphorus and selenium.
Our Shells are cleaned to a standard that allows them to be used in the food industry both for display and culinary purpose.
